WIZBII stands on the side of students and young workers, and supports them to enter the working life by providing services for each key moment: employment, finance, health and mobility.

With our team of 130 employees, we develop innovative services to ease access to the active life for 16-30 yo. Our ambition is clear: convert this experience into a period of full optimism and enthusiasm, not an obstacle course!
Since 2 years, WIZBII has scored a strong growth in its audience (+ 50%) and revenues (+ 30% vs. N-1). To pursue our development, especially on international scale, we are looking for our Head of Growth.
You will join the B2C Team within the marketing team, under the responsibility of the Marketing and Communication Director. As Head of Growth, you will enable a sustainable growth of B2C revenues to build a Tech For Good Company around Europe.
Drive the acquisition of new members in France and in Europe
Development of international awareness of WIZBII by setting up multi-country branding campaigns
Support of the Growth team on revenue growth by optimizing campaign performance
Development of new B2C services in conjunction with the Product / Tech team
Implementation of a PRM / CRM strategy to optimize the activation, retention and reactivation of our users and promote cross-sell on our range of services
You are an expert in B2C digital marketing with a minimum of 7 years of experience within an hyper-growing start-up / scale-up
You have proven records in the development of digital audiences and revenues.
You have a deep knowledge of performance marketing levers (ex: SEO, Search, Display, Social, affiliation, partnerships...).
You are able to coordinate the launch of international campaigns and help fast-growing expansion
You will recruit & build a top level Growth team in Europe
You have a deep understanding of data for growth, tracking & attribution challenges. You measure and analyze all customer funnels to propose continuous improvement of performance.
Expert of growth hacking methods, you are also able to build a strategic vision, plan concrete actions, forecast results and budgets.
Fluent in English and ideally a second language (German, Spanish).
You pay particular attention to customer satisfaction and are driven by providing an optimal digital experience to our users. Curious about new trends, you are proactive in developing innovative services for a young target in coordination with our Tech / Product team.
